Countries from Latin America and the Caribbean will participate in this conference. In addition, extra-regional countries and civil society organizations will participate as observers.

The conference will begin on February 23 and end on February 24.

This event has been organized by the Government of Costa Rica, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, and the Foundation for Peace and Democracy.
